For a comprehensive search, consider hiring a patent attorney from Profitmark. They'll provide a detailed report, but remember, it's just a recommendation.
Trademark Registration:
Once we receive your application, we'll forward it to the relevant office within three business days. The entire registration process can take up to 24 months, depending on the country. Note that our fees cover registration and service charges but exclude other specialized services.
Trademark Monitoring:
Stay updated with our monitoring service that alerts you about similar trademark applications. This service provides reports and recommendations but doesn't include objection preparations.
Domain Name Registration:
Register domain names in line with specific domain regulations. Your registration details might be publicly available in databases like WHOIS. The domain registration process is automated and can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 14 days.
Liability:
Profitmark acts as a bridge between you and Patent Offices in over 150 countries. We ensure your applications are filed correctly, but we can't guarantee successful registration. General Provisions:
Our services are governed by the laws of the UK. Disputes should first be resolved through negotiations, and if unresolved, legal action can be taken as per the UK laws. By using Profitmark, you confirm your acceptance of these terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using our platform.

Purpose of processing: My data will be used exclusively for the purpose of processing and registering the trademark application, as well as to ensure the possibility of communicating with me regarding this application. I consent to the publication of my data in open sources - trademark registers.
Data retention period: My personal data will be stored by the company for as long as necessary to fulfill the mentioned purposes, but not longer than what the law allows.
